Check the scope

If every device fails, the problem is different from one laptop losing Wi-Fi.

Separate Wi-Fi from internet service

A device can be connected to the local Wi-Fi network while the internet service itself is unavailable.

Restart supported equipment normally

A normal restart of consumer networking equipment can clear temporary faults; avoid changing many settings at once.

Use provider or manufacturer status information

Service outages and equipment-specific issues should be checked through official support channels.

General consumer technology information only. Interfaces and menu names change. Before resets, reinstalls, storage changes or other major actions, verify that important data is backed up and use current manufacturer/service-provider instructions.
