Test another device

If multiple devices have the same problem, the connection or router may be the common point.

Check provider status

An ISP outage can leave the home Wi-Fi network active while external access is unavailable.

Avoid changing security settings unnecessarily

Do not weaken Wi-Fi security or reset equipment simply because one website is unavailable.

Escalate with observations

Provider support is more useful when you can say which devices work, which do not and whether wired/other connections are affected.
